Reactionless Thrusters

The Mach-Lorentz Thruster Approach by Paul March

The entire effort revolves around trying to unbalance force(s) in local mass system causing the desired effect of reactionless propulsion. initially proposed by 19th Century Austrian physicist Ernst Mach and later by James Woodward, the proposition has been successfully concept-proved, and is in works, despite the fact that Einstein rejected it!
The day we create a craft able to move without expelling matter behind it to create a thrust will be the day our Civilization will remember for a very long time...
